Meet Nicole Jarratt
CEO & Partner
Are you a Springfield native, or a Springfield transplant?
Can I say both? I was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska but I feel like a native because I have been in Springfield since fifth grade, and I call Springfield home.
What attracted you to the advertising field?
Chris Jarratt - enough said.
What do you love most about your job?
The people! I look forward to coming to the office to see my family away from family each day. I'm not kidding when I say we have the absolute best team and I wouldn't change a thing about it.
Do you have any nicknames around the office?
Not that I know of but they all call me quirky. Maybe I should find out what they call me when I'm not around..
How would your best friend describe you?
I would hope they would describe me as someone you can count on, but they’d probably say I’m habitually late.
What food do you crave most?
I am almost embarrassed to admit it, but onions. I eat onions on everything!
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Graphic Design. I spend all day surrounded by incredibly talented designers and although I pretend I am one (they say I'm a backseat designer), I should really just stick to my spreadsheets.
What is your favorite book of all time?
That's a tough one – I read all the time and have so many books that I absolutely love. I'd probably have to say either The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch or The Firm by John Grisham. They could not be more different, but I love almost any genre of book.
Do you have any special (or strange) talents?
I can leg press more than my husband – but he has chicken legs so it doesn’t really count.
If you had to choose a theme song for your life, what would it be?
Right now – Manic Monday, because life is crazy busy at the moment.
If you could meet anyone – living or dead – who would you choose?
The title of your personal autobiography would be?
My Office Looks Like My Closet by Nicole Jarratt.
If Revel were an animal, what would it be and why?
I want to say something cool like a Great White Shark, but since we’ve all collectively decided already which breed of dog we are, I’ll go with that. (Yes, that is the kind of stuff we talk about at lunch.)
